Jealous Moon | A Poem by Touha Khan
One night we’ll sit, just side by side,
The moon will watch, but can’t hide its pride.
For even in all its glowing grace,
Your presence here will take its place.
Let it gaze in envy, cold and far,
Next to you, it loses its star.
In your shadow, it will pale and fall,
The moon, once grand, now nothing at all.
