The Measure of a Man

The Measure of a Man | A poem by Touha Khan

A man’s true worth is not in gold,
Nor in the tales of power, he’s told.
It lies within the dreams he keeps,
The heights he seeks, the depths he leaps.
For noble hearts, like steadfast flame,
Aspire to honor, not fleeting fame.

No crown can match the glow of grace,
That shines from acts no time can erase.
His path is carved by what he dares,
By selfless hopes and the love he shares.
In aspirations pure and grand,
There rests the worth of every man.
